My name is Grace Geiger and I started this blog in the summer of 2009 when I was first experimenting with cooking.
After I graduated from Macalester College in 2010 with a B.A. in Literature, I interned at Seattle magazine for 6 months where I became a serious foodie, indulging the yuppie Seattleite in me. After I finished, I decided to move to Santiago, Chile to teach ESL. I ended up staying for almost two years and created this blog: Pan&Pisco
After Chile, I realized I wasn´t finished traveling and did one more year teaching English, this time at a private hagwon (cram school) in Seoul, Korea where I created this: Bibimbazzled

Now I am back in Seattle where I teach English Language Arts. I hope to continue to post recipes and/or blogs relating to foods or different types of cuisine, fused with some tidbits of my life back home.
